As RASELLE ENTERPRISES LTD primarily provides services rather than goods, our return and refund policy is tailored to our service offerings.
- Recruitment Services:
- If a placed candidate leaves within 90 days, we offer a 50% refund or a free replacement.
- This guarantee does not apply if the candidate’s departure is due to company restructuring, changed job responsibilities, or other factors outside our control.
- Temporary Staffing:
- If you’re unsatisfied with a temporary worker, notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Consulting Services:
- Refunds for consulting services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be issued after the service has been fully delivered.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be made in writing to support@rasellestaff.com
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
