Refund and Returns Policy

As RASELLE ENTERPRISES LTD primarily provides services rather than goods, our return and refund policy is tailored to our service offerings.

  1. Recruitment Services:
    • If a placed candidate leaves within 90 days, we offer a 50% refund or a free replacement.
    • This guarantee does not apply if the candidate’s departure is due to company restructuring, changed job responsibilities, or other factors outside our control.
  2. Temporary Staffing:
    • If you’re unsatisfied with a temporary worker, notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  3. Consulting Services:
    • Refunds for consulting services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • No refunds will be issued after the service has been fully delivered.
  4. Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  5. Refund Process:
    • All refund requests must be made in writing to support@rasellestaff.com
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
